    In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and RBI guidelines, PayOrc has established a dedicated grievance redressal mechanism.

    2. How to File a Grievance

    • Send your grievance in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Grievance - [Your Name/Company]".
    • Include your name, contact details, account information (if applicable), and a detailed description of your grievance.
    • Provide any supporting documents or evidence.

    3. Resolution Timeline

    • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.
    • Investigation: We will investigate the matter and provide a response within 30 days from the date of receipt.
    • Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

    4. Regulatory Authorities

    In case you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach:

    • Cyber Appellate Tribunal under the Information Technology Act, 2000
    • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for payment-related grievances
    • Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (once established)
